Awarness is the KEY to success…

Law of Attraction – as I understand!

Many may have been introduced to the secrets of Law of Attraction and may be you are one of them who has the similar experiences like you have tried it a few times and maybe it has worked for you a little or maybe not at all.

Next, your friends and relatives are members of the “misery” who loves company of crowd and they either tell you that they do not believe in “this stuff” or that they tried it a couple of times and it didn’t work for them so they gave it up.

If you observe, one of the prominent problems that exists in the world today is that people have become well accustomed to dealings in the physical world around them and have decided to play the game of life accordingly. Some time, it so happens that even cheats  make them seem better than they really are at the malicious games and then they get to the end and get the game over sign and they are done. These are some of the people of lost sight of and learned to ignore their non-physical self, which is very important and given up the spiritual aspects of their lives.

Have you ever asked this question to yourself “what is the purpose behind what you wish for or desire to attract?”

Is it to make your friends, neighbours and relatives jealous or envious? If this is your motivation, you are probably not going to be very successful. This is because; this has a negative aspect to the desire. Now let us take an example – how about wanting more “abundance” in all aspects of your life so that you can make a better life for your family and provide assistance to those who need help in the world. Just think of all the worthy causes you might assist. Wouldn’t that feel better than the first motivation mentioned above?

The most important aspect of Law of Attracting is your affirmations should not be stated just the one or two times. You may have previously attempted them, but needs to be repeated. It also helps to write them down and re-read them, numerous times.

This is just part of the process, there is more to learn about the power of the law of attraction.

Cheers!

THE POWERFUL SECRETS OF HEALING

Some time back, I had shared my thoughts on how Positive Affirmations help one in designing their own destiny. In fact the pillars of this concept were ABC’s i.e. affirmation, belief system & confession. Now, I would like to further share thoughts on how the nature /universe has  linked our Mind, Body & Spirit and the further healing that we can derive from it.

Once we have understood the ABC’s now, it’s time to practice and receive the GIFT i.e. Gratitude, Integrity, Faith & Trust.

May I ask you to take some time and think on this point “What is gratitude?”

Gratitude is nothing but “attitude”. The attitude that you have has an affects on your levels gratitude and it all begins with within you. To say it in other way, when you simply count on your blessings with a thankful heart, it can be called as Gratitude. And also, making a conscious decision to begin your day with lots of love & gratitude, you will have the benefit of domino affects on everyone you meet. May be you can take a moment and give thanks to all the goodness you have around you. Love & Gratitude will keep your mind clear from depression, anxiety, stress, and allow you to dream big. Remember start your day with thanksgiving and before going to sleep count on your blessings.

May I ask you to take some time and think on this point “What is integrity?”

Integrity is wholeness, the desire to do what’s you want or what is right. In today’s society, where the norm is getting it anyway you can. No patience & no place for the fellow human being. I would term that lack of integrity is the insanity that goes on in the mind. When you live a lifestyle of integrity, you not only make your name but you can attain perfect peace.

May I ask you to take some time and think on this point “What is faith?”

I had read this somewhere and I think it is a reference from Bible – “Faith is the substance of things hope for the evidence of things not yet seen.” Can you think on this point – are you a person of substance? Do you believe in principles? Will you take action when you get an inspired thought, regardless of your situation? It takes faith to believe…

May I ask you to take some time and think on this point “What is trust?”

Trust is both and emotional and logical act. Emotionally, it is where you expose your vulnerabilities to people, but believing they will not take advantage of your openness. Logically, it is where you have assessed the probabilities of gain and loss, calculating expected utility based on hard performance data, and concluded that the person in question will behave in a predictable manner. In practice, trust is a bit of both. I trust you because I have experienced your trustworthiness and because I have faith in human nature.

Have you noticed one thing here – Gratitude has a link to Intigrity, Intigrity has a link to Faith and Belief, Faith has a link to Trust and Trust has a link to Gratitude & Belief. Once you have the belief system connected with ABC’s and GIFT, you will experience the ecstasy i.e the healing of Mind-Body-Spirit.

May god bless you…

Do We Understand This?

When you get up every day in the morning, you have choices i.e. you may choose to be happy or sad, you may choose to be proactive or reactive… just to give an idea!

So, Life is always filled with choices. Every day, every hour, we are making choices either consciously or subconsciously. Some choices seem insignificant to us, while others become life altering. We do have a choice to either participate in these day-to-day choices or just allow outside forces to make the decisions for us.

As I mentioned earlier, all of us have made either a conscious or subconscious choice to be proactive, reactive or inactive about making choices. Reflect on yourself with questions like: Am I generally proactive, reactive or inactive when it comes to making day-to-day choices and decisions?

Here is a definition of proactive from askOxford.com: Creating or controlling a situation rather than just responding to it. Basically, controlling a situation by taking actions rather than, waiting to respond after it happens.

And now you know, reactive is just the opposite of proactive – you have taken away the ability to choose and you are now in the position of reacting to what is happening around you.

And, Inactive is similar because you’ve chosen to be an observer and allow others to make the decisions. In other words, you’ve chosen not to choose.

Reflect on these questions:

1. When faced with a situation where in a decision to be made, do you wait to see for others reactions or do you do your own decision  independently after checking for the facts &/or information?

2. Do you do enough ground work to make an informed decision or you just go with the flow?

3. Do you find yourself using phrases like – hope, maybe, if only, I wish I could, I’m not sure etc?

It is always said that, being proactive in making choices and decisions are usually from a place of empowerment. That means,  self-empowerment comes with self-confidence i.e. to believe that you have the necessary skills to make correct & wise informed decisions at the given point in time. An empowered proactive decision always takes you forward in positive and productive ways.

Being reactive or inactive can always affect your self-esteem and undermines your decision-making and self-confidence as well. If you are reactive and/or inactive for long, you’ll eventually lose out on controls over your day-to-day choices i.e. you’ve given away your right &/or the power to make informed decision and choices.

In case, if you are uncomfortable with making decisions itself and unsure of your choices as well, begin with making small decisions and choices to start with. Take baby steps until you are confident & comfortable with the outcome of your choices. Follow them and reflect on them. Do this part of the activity religiously.

And also, last but not the least; begin complimenting yourself for the informed decision making and choices you made and their outcomes. One more thing that you can do is maintaining a journal about your informed decision-making & outcome/successes.

I have shared few of the thoughts that really helped me to lead a better life today!

Thanks & gods bless you!

How Positive Affirmations Can Shape Your Destiny

Positive daily Affirmations are one of the easiest ways to start your wonderful journey to a more cheerful & confident YOU. By repeatedly using Positive Affirmations, YOU are technically training your “Brain”. YOU are actually telling your “Conscious” mind about your success & happiness; eventually it will become part of your “Sub-conscious” mind i.e. repeatedly telling yourself over and over again – with GREAT BELIEF – that YOU are one of those wonderful things that YOU desire YOU will start manifesting itself in your very being.

Due to the kind of upbringing, surrounding in which one has grown and life conditioning, generally our “Sub-conscious” mind is so filled up with all such thoughts / beliefs that are not so helpful in our progress &/or prosperity. Basically, “Sub-conscious” is filled with all such memories &/or representations that have transpired through all sorts of experience i.e. from Joy to Pains of the past and our ironically “Conscious” mind is always checking for the information from the “Pain factor” as we would have conditioned our mind not wanting to experience the same once again. So basically, focus is more on “Not Wanting” rather than on “Wanting”. This is what actually makes most of the individuals to stay far away from experiencing quality life.

A “U – Turn” needs to be implemented. In the sense, our focus should shift from “Not Wanting’ to “Wanting” aspects of life. This means, we need to first un-train the pattern of thinking itself to ensure that your mind starts identifying wanting factors of thoughts. This is called “Positive Way of Thinking” and some call it as “Positive Thinking or Positive Thoughts”. It is very easy to train your brain and mind to start thinking “Positive”. One can do this by Self-Talk. Self-Talk by using “Positive Affirmations” which is a kind of Self-hypnosis. By using positive affirmations daily, one can train their sub conscious mind, in turn their conscious mind into believing and will experience the same manifesting in life.

The whole concept is “To Believe” i.e. first believe the concept and practice the concept with belief. Believe that You are the affirmations that you are saying. If not, those words that You say will merely remain as words!

This is not hard – This is so easy you’ll wonder why you didn’t do this year’s ago.

Below are few positive affirmations that I used and have found huge benefit and I start my day using these affirmations on a daily basis. One point to note: – It is not always be easy to “Believe” what you are saying, but you must keep persisting. If you think you had a bad day, forgive yourself first and others as well. Decide to wake up the next day knowing that you cannot change the past and today is the first day of the rest of your life.

You might know by now, that expert’s say it takes 30 days to break a habit!….. I can definitely testify that it took me less than 30 days to break free of my not so useful thought patterns to most useful thought patterns and to be that Confident person that I am today. Using positive daily affirmations is one very important step in the process to becoming what you want in life.

Decide to Stay Positive – Believe you have it today – and enjoy the journey!  I have picked up few from the know resource and sharing the same with you which I use on regular basis.

1. “I AM Happy and looking forward to today”!

Sometimes we wake up with a headache or it’s raining outside. Don’t let this stop you being happy. To use a rainy day as an example: – You can look out the window and think – It’s raining – Bugga! Or you can look out the window and think – Great! It’s raining – This will help the plants or clean the roads, etc. Might sound a bit lame to you right now, but, believe me just shifting from negative to positive thinking can change your entire outcome of the day.

2. “I AM so healthy and energetic”.

Focus on your potential – not your limitations. Even if you have an affliction, most times there is always someone worse off! Focus on what you have got. Ie; You can see, you can walk, you can sing, etc. Use the ‘cup is half full’ thought – not the ‘cup is half empty’.

3. “I Learn from my Mistakes – NOT Fear them”.

When you make a mistake, think about it. Try to understand how the mistake was made and how you can prevent it from happening again. FORGIVE YOURSELF, apologise to anyone who was affected by the mistake and move forward. Living with the guilt or embarrassment is only detrimental to your personal self-growth and won’t help you to being the Confident person you are striving to be. “Get back on the horse”. So to speak.

Enjoy!

How socializing can help to develop network of friends?

I have been on move since I started working 15 years back. In the beginning of my career, when I moved for the first time to a new town, I did have this challenge of making new friends, since I did not know anyone. However, over a period of time I did learn that socializing is the best way to get to know people in new places.

I am sure you will resonate that there are many ways we get in contact with people which sometimes blossom to friendship &/o some time just stays as an acquaintance. There are times when we meet people on a night out, either in a bar, restaurants or clubs and this type of interaction is more to with mutual understanding. Few other connections only last a few hours, simply because we may not have much in common.

As Life is all about ‘learning’, it is important to get connected to people to learn appreciating each other’s views, ideas, opinions etc. If we are able to connect, appreciate, value, associate and socialize, then building network will be lot easier.

In this process, what is more important is keep ‘Open Mind’ as you will never know whom you will meet or connect to. It is a wonderful experience when you look forward to the day ahead with positive mental frame without any prejudice…

Meeting new people was always an exciting thing for me. This gave me the opportunity to meet a diverse range of people. This not only gives an opportunity for you to shape up your perspective of Life, but will also give you a great deal of confidence in handling variety of people you come across.

The easiest way to develop socializing is when you get an invite from a friend &/or an acquaintance to go out i.e. either to a cafe, cinema, temple or social event. You get to meet lots of people. There are many other places you can meet new people and get engaged, depending on where you enjoy going. One more way is to get enrolled to recreational activities. This is a great way to meet people.

Above all, what is more important is to be happy with-in, love yourself so that others can see the goodness in you. Try to be participative, do not expect people to always come to you, sometimes you have to be the one to strike up a conversation.

Some of the thoughts shared here are the ones which helped me to improve self

Modelling – Is this important to be a successful entrepreneur?

Have you ever noticed while reading the interviews of various people who are successful in their own right especially the ones in sports? You would have noticed one definite question, “Who has been a role model for you in your career?” Most of the people answer by naming one other successful player in their sport. Most of the time their coach gets a mention as well!

I am taking an example of ‘Sports’ here to explain this concept, not because I am an athlete but simply because we find many relevant points to explain this concept.

Tyron Edwards said this – “People never improve unless they look to some standard or example higher and better than themselves”

Just dwell on this point – at grass-roots level, the coach can be the biggest influence in a young enthusiastic person’s sporting life. However, this will not mean that a coach has to be an all-knowing-super-hero. This is because, there is something called ‘sports psychology’ and these techniques helps coaches find the most effective methods of motivating people to become involved in sport at the entry level and, perhaps more importantly, stay involved. A coach’s motivation for these new comers to be enthusiastic, to gain ability, to learn the right attitude and behaviou skills will all be mimicked. And also, in sports psychology; coaches can identify what exactly motivates his team.

I have explained the concept from Coach’s Perspective. Now, let us hold the same concept for an Entrepreneur from Entrepreneur’s perspective.

In any entrepreneurial endower, the key to performance are – (1) Technical understanding, (2) Tactical approach, (3) Physical strength and (4) Psychological orientation.

All Strong performances grow from these strong pillars. As an entrepreneur, one has to look at current skill set in relation to these pillars and ensure a proper balance by developing equal strength in each of these pillars. Having awareness of the strength is very good, but hiding behind strengths can be tempting but this will only stifle progress in the long run. This holds good irrespective of you are an athlete or an entrepreneur.

But where do you get the guidance &/or understanding? Or let me put it like this – where do you get such awareness? It is very difficult in the business scenario to get a godfather &/or coach &/or guide – unless you are born into one such families. That doesn’t mean that we do not have examples of otherwise. We do have quite a few.

All one needs to do is identifying weaknesses and working on them as opportunities to grow – is the mindset required. While in business as an entrepreneur, one has to have the mindset to look at new ways not only to collaborate but to   embracing new methods and thinking. And also, to remain open to learning from already successful people in the world – by reading biographies, business magazines, following them in news, attending their seminars – to name a few.

The bottom line is – just get the awareness from the people who are already successful in business. You will find many of their philosophies will help you to grow. Somewhere on of these successful bandwagons will resonate to your inner self and just start following them like ‘Mahabharatha’s Ekalavya’ and for sure, you will be the next – the upcoming entrepreneurs will look up to!

God Bless You..

HOW CAN A STRATEGY HELP TO ACHIEVE GOALS?

There is something called strategy. All you have to do is to discover, re-discover the process till you achieve your goal. In case if you are still in the process of discovering it, I can confidently say you are missing seriously on the KEY to success.

What exactly is this power strategy and how do you unleash it?

The Power of Strategy

It has been discussed at various forums worldwide for years and many experts have finally started to believe that strategy infuses lots of POWER in one’s ability to achieve success in whatever they want to do in their life. When one is achieving something, it is not because he/she are capable or have the ability, but it is because of the power strategy in place. It can also be seen as series of thoughts put in place to arrive at plans which manifests into  Action leading to unquestionable success.

For example, if YOUR goal is to become a millionaire in three years time, there must be a THOUGHT that must have crossed your mind, then you must have dwelled upon this specific thought for some time, which would have lead to drawing a PLAN finally manifesting into POWER STRATEGY with FLEXINILITY to define and re-define per the existing situations to follow on a constant & consistent basis in order to achieve YOUR goal or at least move towards your goal. When you are able to achieve your desire goal, those strategies with flexibility that helpd you to achieve this goal now becomes your power strategy.

Some become failure in achieving a goal, not because they are not able to put enough effort, or the goal is too difficult, or they are not good enough. It is because they do not constantly and consistently continue trying by defining and re-defining Strategy. Defining and re-defining Strategy to suite the ongoing situation, which requires a great deal of flexibility is the KEY to achieve and succeed as Power Strategy.

The strategy to be a successful business man/woman and strategy to be a successful sales man/woman would be different at micro-level. The Major path to unleash the success strategy is through a technique called Modelling, which I shall be writing on in some time.

I will explain briefly here – this is a technique where you look at some people who are more exhibiting in certain areas of excellence i.e. for example : Dr. Vijay Mallya, Ambani’s, Mahindra’s, TATA’s etc. One might read the biographies of these stalwarts. Another way is to follow them regularly in news and magazines. This will help you to understand how each one thinks to up their business and also helps you to make the same neuro-network patterns in your brain.

Rest in the next….

God Bless You..

For your success only…

The Thought Process and Destiny

I chose to write this article as I believe in this topic. Have you ever wondered why YOUR life is the way it is? Have you started noticing that once the understanding of your life grows, you will be pleasantly surprises of what is happening around you, yet wondering how or why it is happening? ‘Thought’ are in an energy form and the fact is that it is invisible.

‘Thoughts’ are like electricity. “Thinking” is quicker than the speed of light. Thoughts are full of Power. As you know, Power will always produce effects. Hence, Our Thoughts are continually producing effects all the time.

Whatever may be the predominant thought in our mind, it will eventually come into existence in the physical world. If you want to be in control of your life, you have to be mindful of what your thinking’s are or thoughts are, and think only good, positive thoughts of an ever-increasing nature.

It is said that, the predominant state of mind of a person determines his fate. The fact of the crust of this principle is that there is no other superior authority other than your predominant state of mind. If the state of mind is positive, pleasant, and open to new ideas and thought, positive experiences and people will be attracted to your life automatically. A pessimistic state of mind attracts negative events and people to your life. In other words, “like attracts like”.

Second most important part of LIFE is – an Action must accompany thought. Thought without action will not accomplish anything. If you want to become rich, do not just pray and sit on one side and hope that you will become rich. When all’s said and done, you probably will find yourself sitting in one corner and still poor. In order to become rich, you have to decide first to become rich. Then you take one step at a time to reach your goal. You might take a wrong turn or fall back a few steps, but you continue pursuing your goal until you succeed.

By taking action, you’ll see that along the way, you will find people that you need in order for you to succeed in your goal. Opportunities will show up when you need it. Or, just a stroke of idea that will help you achieve you goal. That is how the universe extend it’s helping hand to help you in your journey. But, you have to remember that, you have to take the first step by taking action.

Plan on what you are going to do every day in order to achieve your goal. Break down your goal into small specific objectives. And continuously think and do the steps to take. Put a time frame on every specific objective you made and act on it. If you do it every day and you make your day full of constructive steps towards your goal, you will find that there is no waste of time and energy, No room for negative thoughts, and eventually you will succeed.

For your success only!

Why should you trust in yourself?

I always wondered what make some people feel happy, create wealth, experience love and declare that they are successful and keeps some people restricted from accessing this happiness and success – which I call as the high level of abundance.

This is called ‘Trust’ – the biggest think that makes or breaks your life. The think that keeps people restricted from accessing the infinite abundance in life. When you start mistrusting, you are cutting off from the ‘great emotions’ you can share

As you start trusting, you will find greater positive experience and emotional satisfaction being unfolded. This is very important concept to understand and also to practice in your life.

Just sit back and think for a moment – do you trust your DREAMS to come true? Do you trust that life can offer you new opportunities? Do you trust that you can bring manifestation of your Dream? Do you trust your abilities?

Note this point – The more you trust in yourself, the more you trust in your abilities, the more you trust in life’s beautiful manifestation, the more you will find high level positive emotions connecting to its creations. This leads you to abundance because your faith and belief gets aligned with it.

So start now. Start trusting that – EVERYTHING THAT’S GOOD IN YOUR LIFE!

Believe me, it is very important to make efforts and start developing the belief and trust especially in yourself. Your body. Your health. Your positive emotions. Your positive thoughts, and your positive experiences… past, present and future.

Trust the abundance you see every day and connect with it.

TRUST IN LIFE!

To your life abundance,

God Bless You!

Do YOU Procrastinate?

As I sit here thinking of how I use to postpone doing things, just not taking action that needed, and this was few years back, before I realized how it had affected my personal growth. I use to just put off things with no reason or to be precise I just was not realizing the reason for the same and over a period of time, before I could realize, I had formed a habit. This is called ‘Procrastination’

Once I started realizing and started taking corrective actions, I further realized how dangerous habit I had got in to. It was straight sabotaging my life. I started understanding that I was a victim of this habit and was not able to reach any of my goals or execute plans or missing on great opportunities only because of this habit called ‘Procrastination’

Hence, I decided that I share my experience and the simple steps that I took which helped me to get out of this dangerous habit. I believe that this sharing would help millions of people to learn from my experience. I am sure if you are reading this article, you are already on your way out of this habit in case if you have the same. This will provide you a great deal of understanding to root out any kind of reasoning or justifications that are leading you to Procrastination.

1. Perfection: I always had a desire and intention to have things done perfectly. And this us e to generate more of stress, anxiety and fear of failure within me. And also, undesirable behaviour of not accepting things that are supposed to be the way they are. What I did realize is, once a job is done, this can be revisited to find scope for improvement and improvement is the only change that is constant in life. It is very important to understand and accept that ‘nature itself is not perfect’ i.e. every activity that we perform has the scope for improvement and there is nothing in life that you can do a ‘perfect’ job which is the end of any scope for improvement.

2. Fear & Anxiety: Most of the time, I have realized that these two are driven due to the fact that there is a deep intention & desire to perform the job to perfection. However, what I realized over a period of time is to just starting the work without too much such intentions have given me the desired fruit. This I say because, once I started the activity / job to perform, I realized that in the process of performing, I felt less fear and stresses and did not find any reason to ‘Procrastinate’. And also, I developed believe that I am performing to my best and I have the scope to improve when I revisit the same i.e. I started lowering my expectations of my performance.

Note to be noted: Once you start sharing what you have been working on with your friends, family, peers &/or your superiors, you have made public of the intention and also by default derived the time frame to achieve the same. This will prompt you to be religious & continuous on the activity without lag time. And also, as you already know, to keep yourself highly motivated, you should always imagine i.e. visualize that you have already completed &/or achieved the desired activity to the minute details. This will give you a great deal of zeal to drive yourself to complete the task without ‘procrastination’.

3. Organizing: I also started notifying myself to be organized. I read somewhere that affirmations and self talk helps to get rid of unwanted habits. So, I started practicing the same. In other words, I started telling myself that – I am keeping my desk and work place well set to my comfort. I am jotting down all that I need to do to complete the task. I am prioritizing the tasks on hand. I am identifying the activities which are unproductive to ensure that I do not get stuck with such activities. Like this, self talks helped me to organizing my thought process. The result was a clearly & definite destination set for the day. This provided step by step accomplishments in a small way which boosted my confidence levels.

I am sure that when you note the above points and start taking actions as I have taken, within few days, you will start seeing the results as I have seen. So, the task to do as of now is to start visualizing that you have started toting these points and started acting without ‘procrastination’

For your success only!

God Bless You!
